I bought this soft foam cervical collar to help with nighttime neck pain, and it’s been surprisingly effective. The foam is firm enough to keep my neck aligned but still comfortable enough to sleep in without feeling restricted. The adjustable strap makes it easy to get the right fit, and it doesn’t dig into my skin or cause sweating. After a few nights, I noticed less stiffness in the morning and fewer “cricks” when I wake up. If you’re dealing with neck strain, poor sleep posture, or just need gentle support, this brace is a solid choice.

Recently, I have told that I have some herniated disc semi neck and my doctor recommended that I use one of these cervical collars when I’m playing my games or on Amazon or even sleeping. I feel that this is very nice and soft and the perfect thickness. It gives my neck excellent support with a little bit of give here and there so it’s not really for whiplash. It’s adjustable with Velcro and it’s breathable so it’s not going to sweat your neck. I received mine in a size medium, and the depth of the collar is 2.5 inches. My neck is 13.5 inches around so the medium fits absolutely perfect perfectly.

Great collar for injury where your neck needs support. Only problem I saw with the collar was the velcro straps inside the collar scratch and irritate the neck when in use. I would use something to cover the velcro up first and then put it on. I put a cotton blend sleeve on it that one uses to keep the collar from dust. **Do not use this collar if you had spinal neck surgery and are looking for something more comfy to sleep in. this may keep your neck straight but it doesn't prevent your head from twisting. Which is a big no no for cervical spinal patients.**

Ordered 2.5 inches. Box sticker says 2.5 inches. Tape measure clocks in at 2.7/8 inches ... basically 3 inches and, yes, it's too big. (This is why I gave it one star.) Because of its size, the only way I could achieve minimal neck movement was securing the velcro strap extra tight which, if left at that position, would have rendered me dead from lack of oxygen. The collar itself is a variety of foam; bit too hard for my liking. Again, neck size matters (ask a shirt salesperson) and the fact that it's advertised and package validated--but in fact is roughly 20% taller--is pretty bad. Goodness, what's the status of the advertised 3 inch collar? UPDATE: The company reached out to me via email two days after the review was posted and asked if I wanted a refund. Simple note, simple request, no strings attached. Wrote back two words: "Full Refund" and the amount was credited to my card within 24 hours. I've changed my rating from a one to a three: Product remains mislabeled but customer service is exemplary. My recommendation to management: Manufacture the collar to specifications or change the specs to match the actual size!

I always have a collar on hand because of severe damage to my cervical spine. I wear the collar for 1-2 weeks and it relieves pain and helps increase the range of motion I have in my neck

I'm only giving this two stars because it is very stiff and it actually hurt my jaw bones if you're looking for something that's very stiff then this is a great product but for me it was not I returned it and purchased one that was much softer

This neck brace really came in handy after having cervical surgery. It helps support my neck and head.

The brace itself is good and worked well for me. I specifically wanted one with firm, hard foam, and it met my expectations. It also arrived very quickly, paid $4 extra for fast shipping. However, I was disappointed because it came in the same packaging used by Chinese marketplace apps, and the exact same brace can be found there for around $2. The size also runs large, the Medium fits more like a Large. Overall, the product is fine, but I don’t think it’s worth the higher price.
