I just put it in about a cup of water, mix, and down it. No flavor at all. I don't like things I have to use with fruit juice or some other calorie ridden thing to make it palatable. This doesn't require anything to mask the taste because there is no taste! Perfect. I have never tried this type of supplement before, so I am hopeful for the benefits.
