I love these switches you can use them for anything that ulyiu just need to turn on and off. I have mine hooked up to Alexa and they are really responsive. You can put in up to 14 ga wire I tried with solid 12 ga and that does not work. Easy to pair. The app is actually really good as well. These are by far the cheapest yet very reliable switches I have purchased. I have all of my garage lights hooked up to them and also my bathroom fan. They are nice to be able to automate everything for what 8 dollars a piece? No brainer there. They are also tiny so you can put them into almost any electrical box and automate whatever is plugged in there, lights, outlets, etc. Also these are some of the highest amp rated switches I saw for around this price. The only downside for me is I wish they were dimmable, but I wasn't willing to front the cash for those. To summarize good connectivity, easy pairing, easy to use, works with Alexa.

I installed these switches inline with circuit breakers feeding my shop's main and back room lights. It was an easy install and my Alexa APP now turns on the whole shop and is working perfectly. BTW: Installing and paring with Alexa is like any other. Super easy. This switch is small and easy to tuck into a wall space or electrical box, etc.... The build quality feels and looks excellent. Easy connectivity and operates COOL. Great value for the money - I am buying MORE - Highly Recommended.

The wifi switched installed flawlessly and was easily detected using the downloaded app. I was able to control my air conditioner units at home using the timer function, in order to save on electric bills. Some things need to observe though: 1> I purchased the 10amp unit and used it on a high power aircon, and sure enough, the AC traces on the PCB got burned. No problems though when used with the lower power aircon units 2> The AC input and output terminals are quite small for the aircon wires and are quite easy to bend or twist when tightening the screw terminals, so some caution need to be observed not to overtighten it.

I have replaced my old mechanical timer in the garage with this unit. I set up the unit close to the router to ensure it had a connection to Wifi. I then moved it to the garage for installation. The signal was strong, and it worked very well. Setting up the unit on the software was relatively easy if you have experience with such devices. It might take a novice a bit longer to figure it out. Once I got it set up, I added automation to turn the lights on and off to a required timing, and connected it to Alexa so I could turn on the device as needed. The most challenging part of the setup was turning off the Wifi 5G signal and only having the 2.4G available to sync the device. It took a little investigation on the web, and I don't know why all service providers don't make that easier to do. These devices would support both protocol frequencies. Anyway, that is not this device's issue. I recommend them. Side note... If you put this device into a wiring box, it can be tight. Be careful that the reset button does not press when putting the cover plate on. Found that out the hard way.

These little smart switches have exceeded all of my expectation. I was looking for a smart solution for my pool pump that could be placed inline and inside of a water tight gang box outside the house. Well these are the solution. Even though the switch is situated inside of an aluminum gang box behind electrified outlets, they still get a signal back to my router. This allowed me to put the pool pump on an Alexa controlled routine, making pool maintenance much easier. Speaking of Alexa, once you download the "smartlife" app these switches integrate with Alexa seamlessly. I already had the smartlife app for another smart device on my network, so this was easy for me to connect, rename, and start using right away. Instruction are clear enough, albeit very small print, and connection was straight forward even for a novice. I am currently installing a second switch for a series of outlets in front of my house for holiday lighting.

After spending (and returning) switches costing hundreds of dollars, with the goal of being able to control our pool light from Alexa, this little gizmo did the perfect job. After consulting a professional electrician, I wired this between the breaker and 12-volt transformer inside my pool control box. It initially paired and worked like a charm. But once I closed up the pool box (all metal) the signal was too weak to operate. I expected this might occur based on other reviews that mentioned it had a low Wi-Fi signal. I then purchased a TP-Link Wi-Fi Extender for 18 bucks, plugged it into the inside wall near/opposite the outdoor pool box. That worked perfect! Light has been coming on at sunset turning off at midnight, and operates via Alexa without any issues.
