I used to make sprouts by hanging them in a cloth. It was slightly messy as well as quantity was limited. But this sprout maker is lovely. It's easy to make sprouts plus not messy at all. A good buy.

Very useful to get fresh sprouts after 8 hrs soaking of pulses etc. Though product came from far, it reached properly as packing was perfect.Most important is:1. Use of plastic is avoided.2. We can support our local artisans with great skills.

I have used it only for sprouting whole moong dal and it does a pretty good job at that. Sprouting of dal in this vessel takes lesser time. But the size is small.

Price is too high..this is not fare..product is too small..i am not satisfied for this price..

A good product with excellent packaging no doubt… true it’s all natural clay and all but they could have sold at a competitive price. Organic and environmental friendly have become kind of stereotype…..

Great idea to use a clay container for sprouts, BUT, the design is very poor.The fit between the various containers, and the lid is almost non existent...ants, mosquitoes and other insects can easily get in during the sprouting process, hence making it very unhygienic.Because it is unglazed, it is not possible to clean it thoroughly either....so the residual smell of the sprouts always lingers on, making it unfit for miscellaneous sprouts.So yes, this product only has a 'look', but no real function---- it is an impractical design.Returning this product now as it does not serve my needs.

I wanted something that is made in India and traditional. Even if terracotta has the tendency to break but I will always prefer this over plastic. It is small in size but sufficient for at least 2 people.

I got amazing moong bean sprout in 5 days, the beans started sprouting from day 1. Really hassle free, low maintenance and easy to clean. Loved this product!
