Whether this will work for you depends on why you buy it. I'm retired, but there are many days when I don't feel like bothering much in the kitchen. So I have a number of fall backs, foods like these that can make a meal in just a few minutes. These have the advantage of being quite tasty, the disadvantage of the portions being quite small. (I'm 6'1". 200 lbs). I've tried a full range of these, and have decided that they're just okay;there are competitors who I just like better at this price. But if your needs are more for being on a diet, or the fact that these do not need refrigeration, then these may work for you.

As someone recently diagnosed with a wheat allergy (not necessarily gluten), finding these perfect portioned microwave meals was a godsend! I do not always have time to prepare home-cooked to take to work and TBH some of the choices available are a bit boring. These fit perfectly in a pinch and fit in a smallish locker at work just right. The tastes are pretty good, but could wish for for less added salt and sugars and bit more herbs for taste.
