Warranty service worked very well
The hair dryer developed an issue and did not work on within 10 days. Not sure what was the problem. But the warranty process worked eeally well. Within 24 hours of the complaint a tech rep contacted and asked for video of the faulty hair dryer and invoice details. And within couple days informed us that they will replace the faulty item. It was a very good experience to see thw warranty process work so well. Will give 5 star for the tech rep and warranty process. Will update a rating for product after a few months of use.

Good after sales service from Agaro team
I had recently bought this dryer, after 3month of use the blower stopped working and burned inside then I contacted Agaro support and spoke with rep Shreya Bose she guid me well and helped me to replace the product and finally I received the new product within 4days

Value for money hair dryer. I used the product for 1 year without any issue, after which the blower stopped working. Contacted Agaro team and they sent me a new piece as replacement. Thank you Agaro for the continued after sales service. Thanks to Shreya Bose the service specialist for her quick turn around and resolution.

Can find better. If not it's okay for the budget
During a power surge, the lower heat button stopped working. So I can use it only in the highest heat. The cool shot Button doesn't work (even from the start). Instead there are three heat settings.1. Cold air2. hot3. Very hotInstead of cool shot Button you can set the dryer to 'cold air' and then use it.Comes with 2 attachments, both very useful.It isn't that heavy. I use it for about 5 to 7 mins max and my hair's not completely dry. Still it does dry my scalp so I don't catch a cold. But so far I haven't had any issues of overheating or smoke or stuff like that

Easy replacement
I had bought a hair dryer from Agaro 1 and half year ago and just a few days ago it got defective. I called customer care and they replaced the product. It was quite easy to do. The customer care person was friendly and I am impressed by their service team . Thank you 😊

Came across failure after 6 months of use.Got New Replacement
Product got burnt from inside and stop working after 6 months of use . Contacted Customer care of Agaro. They replaced the items with a new one. Like the service. But expect a better product.
