Excellent product, the dose of the liquid soap is just as it should be to wash hands. However, use only a liquid soap and not a creamy one. Creamy is too sticky for the dispenser.

After few days not working properly. Every time you should bring your hands 5 or 6 times below sensor to activate it then small amount of drop comes out.

I bought two. One of them broke right away. the other one is not working properly.

Stops working within first week of use

After some time it will not work properly and the soap stuck I tried to do deep cleaning and replace new batteries but it didnt work

I was looking for a replacement soap dispenser since the old one stopped working and found this one. I liked the design so much I ended up purchasing the dispenser in two different colors - Silver which I put in the kitchen and White which was put in the guest bathroom. Once the batteries are put in -- a small Phillips head screwdriver is needed to open the battery compartment -- the dispenser is very easy to use.

Clean easy to use soap dispenser with blue light that lights up showing you where the soap will land. Does not spit out a ton of soap like most do either. Very modern! Few things i dont like... you cannot change how much soap gets dispensed, you cannot lock it for kids to not use it say if you are babysitting, it sometime accidently is triggered to dispense if you come close to it by accident, it does seem to dispense a lil more soap tgan needed. You can use your own choice of soap and dilute it tho to help that. I would still buy again tho

Get to have a dispenser that you can fill with any hand soap or moisturizer that you choose to buy and fill the device.
