The only neck "pillow" i've ever used that doesn't give me a neck ache, and allows me to sleep on a plane There is no pressure on any part of your neck, and it kind of wraps your neck in a warm blanket. I never leave it at home if I am traveling.

I used this on a long flight to Europe. It worked okay, but not as well as I was expecting. It didn't prop up my neck as much as I needed. I had higher hopes for this.

Very flimsy materials. The plastic brace inside felt like it would snap if I rested the full weight of my head on it, and the fleece fabric is so thin that I can't imagine it would hold up very long without tearing or stretching out. More importantly, it didn't hold up my head. I wanted something to acommodate a long neck and keep my head relatively vertical so I don't crane my neck while sleeping. Flimsy plastic means this thing bowed so much my neck was craned worse than a normal travel pillow.

Sorry to say I had to return this item. The actual plastic support inside the velcro scarf is not adjustable so it did not fit comfortably on any of the 6 people we had try it and the scarf length and position of the velcro closures limit it even further.

so easy to use --- actually comfortable!also quite chic --- could be mistaken for a scarf on the plane --- and easy to attach to luggage when traveling

Too bulky for me. I don't want to give up the carry-on space. but it did work as advertised...comfy and supportive.

a gift for my husband who used it once.

One arrived broken. Seems very poor quality
