Penguin Problems (Animal Problems)

I absolutely love this book. I've gifted it to all of my friends' children. Great little story about keeping problems in perspective and being grateful for what you've got.

This was recommended by my director at my after school church program. We read the story to our after care children grades pre-k thru to 5th grade. They enjoyed it and had a few giggles with the Penguin complaining about everything. Definitely recommend.Hard cover, quality pages and illustration.

This book is especially good for any complainer friend or family member you may have. :) It's a good reminder for both kids and adults to look for the good around them and that progress and growth take time. Illustrations are fun and colorful!

I love this book so much! I have kids but I bought a copy to put on my desk at work because I appreciate the message so much. It’s funny but also a great reminder to appreciate what you have and where you are in life.

This is a beautifully illustrated book, full of bright colour and wintery landscapes. I gave it four stars because I felt that the penguin was a little on the grumpy side and who needs another Entitled Penguin. I re-worked the story a little so that the penguin forgets his grumpiness and becomes happier with his lot in life and this satisfied my 2 1/2 year old grandson who needs everyone to be happy, especially just before bedtime.

Cute with good underlying messages for adults as well as kids. Great illustrations. Would buy again

This is such a funny book and really relatable for adults, even though it's a children's book. In fact, I bought it for a childless adult friend and we love reading it at parties because it's exactly how we all complain on a day-to-day basis. Too cute!

really really funny story with beautiful illustrations

I bought this for an adult friend but took a sneak peek. It made me laugh! It is a great short book for reading out loud to a child. The illustrations are wonderful and the text is simple but charming. I will definitely buy more for friends. I didn't understand why the title page was on the back of the book but it was just another quirk of the book.
