can i connect 20-22 guage wires to it? inside a vehicle to power accessories?

You can use 20-22 guage wires, but please note your load current.

It’s labeled 1 through 12. Since it’s wired parallel, it shouldn’t matter which position you plug the power source into.

Can i connect 10 gauge wire? Also do i need to purchase connetors or it comes with 12 pairs?

Yes, you can connect 10 gauge wire, however, that has nothing to do with this device, you will need to purchase the large 45amp Anderson Power Pole connectors, as this unit does not come with any parts or connectors. All Anderson Powerpole connectors will connect to this....those connector have different current ratings, and the contact tabs that crimp to the wire are rated at 15, 30, and 45 amps...so for the best fit for 10 gauge wire you will want the 45 tabs.
