The Bio Dude Soil Cal Plus - Bioactive Substrate Calcium Additive. Great for Isopods, Millipedes and Plants!

The Bio-Dude has good stuff for bioactive setups. Very good quality and anything you can dream up for your herp and reptile friends to have an healthy happy habitat as close to its wild cousins lives as possible! His videos are informative and some artistic in set-up. Guests on his videos are fun and informative. The only problem is that i live very far away. I wish i could shop in person. I wonder when someone can show in-video products with close-ups nshowing detail, examples of sizes one might purchase (s,m,l) in items denoted in quantity. Like I said, informative and quality, all good, just suggesting some details and perhaps a bit of fun along with it. I know you're busy and so too are staff. Instant chat hadn't been available while I was shopping on their site and that was frustrating. I hope to find out that they've settled a bit in all the labeling/packaging re-do and new and having a person available during business hours with a queue until closing and/or email. I would like real time chat. They could make clear that the chat is available for product questions and not on builds or health and direct then where a video could answer most all this type questions. The chat would have prescreen questions like some sure have i.e. Species (w or w/o quantity), Age (if it matters to purchase); Bioactive y/n, Size (of habitat by inches LW/DH), and Reptile Size (can have n/a as an option when it's not pertinent to purchase). I have had to answer questions prior to communicating on other sites and I think it would help distinguish product and animal so to lessen questions for respondent. I'm not sure what something like this would cost but I think it could increase sales for a Small Independent and Qualified company. I have an entire BioDude Bioactive setup of 36x24x24 size habitat for my giant Leopard Gecko. I have consumed hours of The BioDude videos and have had email communications with their company as well. I purchase most through my Amazon Prime account and sort by 'seller' or 'shipper' and make sure that it is in fact from The BioDude. Occasionally I purchase direct because it isn't listed on here! I check on the site and purchase through Amazon whenever possible. Give sellers the benefit of the doubt before posting reviews. You can wait without saving the email that asks if that is why one hastily posts one or two stars rating because of breakage and/or a mistake from either purchaser/seller.. You can go to orders and select the item which will come up atop the display 1st page that you have purchased the item; select that link which will direct you to your order. There are selections buttons under the product image that begin with 'track pkg' i belive but regardless which is the first button you slide left and their is a 'rate' the item button on the last button to the right. That is how i chime to this page. IKNOW THIS IS A LOT BUT I NOTICE THE RATINGS AND READ ABOUT WHAT I REFER TOWARD HERE. PEOPLE NEED TO THINK ON THIS AND IF I MAY, BUY BIOACTIVE AND OTHER SUPPLIES FROM THE BIODUDE! Everything is running smoothly in my bioactive habitat except for the plants that Godzilla has trampled j it st like in the movies except that it is real life. I never know if I am watering too little and have plants that can not handle the heat or lack of lighting; all while worrying about him and his environmental needs so some plants deaths where my fault entirely, his remake of Godzilla the movies(!), or both or fault! Going now to try and chat about which acidic to use first to try planting again. Out!
