The Lithonia Lighting Basics LED Exit Sign/Emergency Light Combo checks all the right boxes, making it a solid choice for most commercial applications, especially in small to medium-sized projects where budget is a consideration. The installation process is straightforward, which is a major plus on any job site. The mounting plate and universal j-box pattern are standard and fit flush against the wall or ceiling. The knockout holes for conduit and wiring are well-defined and punch out cleanly. The wiring terminals are clearly labeled, and the battery quick-connect is foolproof, eliminating any potential for errors. The housing itself, while made of plastic, is surprisingly durable and holds up well to typical handling during installation.

Good Exit Sign
the exit/egress light combo was easy enough to install. My only issue was our wall wasn't perfectly flat...so the front cover was difficult to get snapped back on.

Well built and was the exact size of the ones I had to replace so I didn't need to adjust the electrical box.

May not satisfy the fire inspector. No backup power. The light is from a small led strip and a cheap pcb board inside.
