I hate false advertising but its my best press
Advertised as smooth bottom finish, even has a picture of the bottom of their "showroom" piece with a perfectly smooth base. The retail version clearly shows the rivets where food can get stuck to, see my attached photo. Thats the only thing I am not happy with. The 8mm depth is less than the original blackstone press and much closer to a 5 guys burger press which is what I prefer. For a true smash burger I use a perfectly flat bottom, but for just a little thicker burger this works perfectly and is my personal favorite. My only wish is that advertising would show the actual product.

LOVE IT!
Very hard to find one like this that has the recess. It keeps the patties round and a consistent thickness. Love it!
