Q: Does this filter have removable snap connector ends? i want to screw in brass fitting to retro fit to my existing system as i have done before. Thanks

The two filters I recieved on 9/28/2020, did NOT have any additional items. No snap connectors!! I was also looking for snap connector ends. I try and rely on reviews and answers to questions. This one didn't work out.

yes, according to what i can find this will replace the HDXir220 perfectly. They both have the 1/4 inch ends for 1/4 inch quick connectors. i wont swear to it but i believe I actually had that exact one previously in the same line for my fridge as this aquacrest is now.

Q: where are these filters made?

Not in USA low quality don’t have any lead certifications .would not buy again
