Q: I have a small head and my p10 mask size for the nose is xtra small. Will this work with my small head?

I use a small mask and it works for me. There are clips so you can adjust the length of the strap.

Q: Do they fit remed 11?

They fit the pillow headgear, I don't think it matters what machine you have!

Q: Do they come with the clips to attach to the mask? I bought the mask online and it doesn't have them, can't seem to find it...

They did not come with the clips even though the picture shows it

Q: Any instructions for how to use the adjustment clips? They were pressing into my face if I was using them correctly.

The clips should be placed on the straps at the back of your head. One goes on each of the 2 straps.
