Llevo usando esta faja por unas semanas y he notado una gran diferencia en el dolor de espalda baja. Trabajo muchas horas sentado y a veces también levanto peso, así que necesitaba algo que me ayudara a mantener una buena postura. Esta faja cumple con su función: es ajustable, cómoda y no se nota demasiado debajo de la ropa.El material es transpirable y no me hace sudar tanto como otras que he probado. El único detalle es que después de varias horas puede sentirse un poco rígida, pero nada grave.La recomiendo si buscas alivio lumbar o simplemente quieres proteger tu espalda en el trabajo o al hacer ejercicio. Eso sí, úsala con moderación y complementa con estiramientos.

I’m like 5”1 and around 168-170 ish lbs give or take how bloated I get. I got a size medium I could have probs gotten a size small if I’m being honest. I loved the support it gave me and each strap felt secured when I got to the last one that brings it all together I can definitely see how stretchy the material was it adjusted quite nicely - can’t wait to try it out but I do feel like the straps are bulky ish in my opinion. I don’t think it’ll be noticeable due to my uniform will update later on.

What a grip! I am 5’5 and 148 pounds. I decided to purchase a small because even tho I gained around 30 pounds after pregnancy, I still feel like I could fit into my regular size lol! My delulu self was very surprised when the waist trainer actually fit. It took very little effort to pull together but it is very snug, covering from my upper belly to just above my panty line.To add to the snug fit, it also forces you to sit up straight, helping with your posture as well. If you’re looking for a more relaxed fit, you can definitely go up a size based on my measurements. If you’re looking to apply pressure, be delulu and take the small like me.The trainer is also very well made. It looks and feels very durable. I would recommend this purchase.

Ok so I would give 5 Stars but it isn't quite what I was expecting. It fits, it cinches in the tummy as advertised.... So it's doing its job but it is really stiff. Great for correcting posture I suppose because there's no flexibility for movement once you're strapped in lol. I am sure I can wear it to do cardio and quite possibly to work but if you lay back on a bench at the gym you have to roll to the side to get up. Not good for ab workouts for sure. I was buying this one to wear to the gym because I thought my ability to move around would be better than my other corset style waist trainer but this limits my mobility way more... On the upside it's easier to get on and off and if someone tries to punch me in the stomach they're only going to hurt their own hand lol. Overall I like the cinch it provides and it's pretty. Very durable material too.

With so many choices it was hard to pick one and I made a GREAT choice. Love it!!! I’ve been in it 24 hours and do t want to take it off! I wore it to work under a dress that hid it!For reference, I fit in size 26/27 jeans and currently have a natural waist size of 29/30”. Hips are 40”. Bust 36”. About 130 lbs. small is perfect!If you’re reading this, just get it!!! You won’t be disappointed.

That thing snatched me so pretty under my dress and ummm, I sized down so I first got a Lg than I went to Medium and I still had plenty stretch but that was good enough for me if I stay consistent I know I’ll be in a small soon…. But I’m 5’4 190pds most my weight is in legs if that helps any I just have aPouch with a small back roll!!!

Well at first I thought it was too small. But after opening it up and laying it out it fits well it snatch’s you up. Not as easy to put on as people show you. Takes a min but if your looking for a good trainer this is it. I got a large. Seems true to size . This trainer is not for sitting around. You need to be up moving it’s quite restricting.
