Terrible
I have read it a lot of products on here and this by far is one of the worst. I paid a lot of money for this and it doesn’t work at all. I tried it on two computers and no luck.

Overcomplicated
Overcomplicated enough to be useless to me. How about making it so that you plug it in and it does what it's supposed to do without complications?

False advertising
This product doesn’t work. I received a step by step instruction with the stick and still doesn’t work. I sent a email to the tech store on and haven’t received a response back. Don’t waste your money or time on this. False advertising and it’s a scam
