where do I get the refill?

To be honest, I wouldn't worry about refills. The blotter itself is nothing special, a cardboard backing with 4 poorly made corners. I reenforced my corners with black duct tape. The real prize is the paper. I draw all my projects before beginning and this is some of the best graph paper I have ever used. Nice large size, very clearly printed on quality paper. I will simply order this item again when I need a "refill".

So how many sheets? 25 or 50?

Is this a bound pad or loose sheets please specify when calling this a pad of paper

It is loose sheets and would be OK except the 4 corners holding the paper are very poor quality. On the bright side, the graph paper itself is of very good quality and it appears to be at least 28# paper.
