Handle looks good and arrived in time advertised. If it lasts for 10 years like the original one, I’ll be happy. If not I may need customer support.

Glad they support their products so well
I have three of the locks on gates on my property. No issues for 12 + years. Finish still loos like new. Some vandal managed to break one handle . These are cast iron so takes more than a casual tug to break them. I am glad they support their product with spare parts. Replaced the handle in under 5 minutes and good as new. The locks themselves are practically bullet proof.
