It arrived in a very nice condition, a few stray strands of embroidery thread that were quickly snipped and tucked. I would not say that this is authentic as the tag inside clearly says "Made in China" even though part of the tag reads in Hebrew. My head is about 25-26", but this 22" fits exactly the way I want it to, covering the crown and majority of my head, and not my whole head. I would 9/10 recommend this to others interested in wearing Bukharian styled yarmulkes.
