These are great for machine embroidery designs. With multiple drives you can download multiple designs, it saves a lot of time. Very handy. Disappointed that this is the 2nd time I've ordered drives from Amazon and with both orders, one of them never formats.

After reviewing the dozens of offerings, I chose these flash drives to distribute my 100-page paper at a conference. The paper takes up less than 1% of the drive's small capacity (which is MB not GB). I inserted each drive directly into the Windows-10 computer (not the USB hub) and slid the PDF file across to the USB drive in the file directory. Then I opened and closed the file on the drive to verify the copy. I used the "eject" function before removing the drive. Ten out of ten flash drives worked -- no failures. I went back and tested a random sample of two and the document was good. At a price of just under $2 per drive, this is not the cheapest you can buy, but since 100% of them work that is the actual price. I will order another batch of ten for the conference. I wanted these to give to friends (as needed). So was looking for something cheap. Many laptops no longer have CD/DV so I opted for a low storage value USB 2.- flash drive. I finally settled on the slightly more pricey 1GB drives for 'future' larger files. I'm running Windows 10 Pro on an ASUS laptop with USB 3.0. (No problem) I spot checked several using Defender and Malwarebytes (Premium) and all were ok.They were FAT 32 preformatted with 958 MB available. I purchased the RED units so I could easily find them.I did do a slight mod" I put a number with a black felt marker on the Red bump that the metal protector rotates on. That way I know if I see the number the orientation is right. You don't need to do any of that. These seem inexpensive as hard to find low value SD cards and not everyone has a SD reader. When you plug them in (these) glow bright red and flash with data transfer....The Silver metal protector rotates and can be easily popped off if you don't want it The lower storage values are Very inexpensive. Can even fit on a key ring...The Size in my case 1GB is marked on the bag but NOT the device.Company I purchased from was Fbsctech that sells other related computer devices. (always check the storefront w/3rd party suppliers)Very happy and would purchase again from Fbsctech...

Maybe I'm the only one who ran into this issue. Or perhaps it's not checked. I always format memory before use and none of the Qty 10 I received were 128MB. The lowest was 120MB and the highest was 121MB. Luckily my usage doesn't require the full 128MB.
