We love this product to keep our ooler/chilipad clean. I am sure there are other methods, but this one from the manufacturer works well. highly recommend for ease and use.

I LOVE my chilipad sleep system!!! Thus, I’m happy to have it working clean on the inside. This product is easy to use and has a light fragrance that does not linger. Since I had been without the cleaner for 4 months, I did two rounds to get things spiffy inside the tubes. Worked great. I did look up the YouTube options for DIY explanations of how to use the packets. I didn’t want to risk damaging my chilli pad! It’s a bit expensive, but the chilipad is an investment that I want to maintain, worth it.

This is seriously the best invention ever! I can't even tell you how well-rested I am or how much better my sleep has been. It's incredibly easy to use and clean. It regulates your temperature or fluctuating temperatures with the push of a button. I could never have gotten through chemotherapy without this pad. I placed it on the bed with the intention of removing it once chemo and radiation were finished. Never ever took it off. It only comes off for washing and then right back on the bed. Very easy to wash and reinstall. We will be buying another one for the guest bedroom!

This is an amazing product. We probably would not have purchased it if it had not been so highly rated by Consumer Reports. We live in a 1904 house in which the AC doesn't work as well on second floor where we sleep. I was to the point of contemplating paying the $20,000 to have a second unit put in these old tight spaces. And Voila, ChiliPad was invented! Way cheaper and more environmentally friendly. This hot mama LOVES the Chilipad her husband bought her. Best gift ever.
