Short drawstring and tight rollers
The drawstring of the blinds is short and only reaches half the height of the window. The roller mechanism is so tight that you need to pull it with two hands. Impossible for an elderly person to use. The only reason I'm not returning it is because it's such a pain to uninstall and pack it.

Length is only 78” and not 84”
The product was only 78” long which is 6” short. I ordered 2 pieces to be installed side by side. One is 80” and the other only 78” long. Having installed these at a height I have to call the installers once again to return and claim a refund. I am stuck with this defective item.

Quality is commensurate with cost. Exactly as expected. Easy to install and operate. Rollers moving smoothly. Cloth good to blank out sun heat especially in summer.

bought this based on it using the word blackout but this is very much miss sold and is in no way black out Its that bad that it feels like it adds light into the room.

Needed new blind as new window slightly bigger. This company offered best selection widths/ colours. Love this bright turquoise, like a summer sky in the med !

... use your own plugs and screws, the ones that came with this were so cheap it made the Job more difficult than it needed to be.
