Overall nice
Fit is a bit small, but i worry a medium might be too big. As someone else noted, there is no added crotch layer.

The wife purchased felina bikinis., I am having hernia issues. Wife told me to try one on. They fit perfectly. They hold the boys in place. I cleared out my men’s underwear to make room for more of the bikini panties. These days with all the different pronouns besides He & Her. Wished I knew just how much more comfortable women’s underwear are. Thank you.

Comfortable, well made and worth it!
Usually I don't respond when someone tries to buy a review but these underwear are actually worth the 5 stars. They're well made, soft, comfortable to wear, and stay in place when walking around. To me these underwear are similar to the Victoria Secret underwear I own. The size guide isn't helpful so I added a picture of the size guide on the packaging. (Extra large as far as I can tell says WAIST: 34-35, HIP:44-45)They are pricey for 5 pairs but to me they're worth it. I've been having trouble finding underwear that don't have super tight leg elastic that digs in and are actually the size they say they are on the packaging. Overall, they're good underwear and well worth 5 stars.
