I needed to purchase a safe for installation into a fitted wardrobe that was robust and would secure documents and computer peripherals. This safe completely fits the bill - it's large, strong and doesn't feel inexpensive or a short measure. The keypad is easy to use, and the locking mechanism inspires confidence. It's supplied with four expanding bolts to enable you to drill into a block wall and secure the safe so that it cannot be removed. I'd recommend this product.

I need to know the battery size name for this safe

If the code is entered slightly wrong the safe locks up. This is not how is supposed to function, it should let you enter a second time or at worst lock out for 5mins. It doesn't it stops working until you open it and pull the batteries out. Meaning you must keep the key close and available which is not what you want from a digital safe. This is not my first safe, but it is the worst one I have bought. Do not buy.

The safe is great for the price tag, I’ve used this safe for over 2 months now. The safe is very large and high quality for the price tag. I couldn’t find a better/bigger option. The safe isn’t drill proof (as expected) but if you would like to store a few valuables I would recommend this safe to anybody.

Dies not work without the key so the passcode is of no use. Not secure

Needed to buy a cabinet safe and looked on Amazon. I found this Amazon Basics steel safe and at £100 thought it looked like a great entry level safe. Took the risk of purchasing and since it arrived I have not had any issues. Everything was in the box, nothing missing, no damage to safe either. The electronic keypanel for setting up a code (3 to 8 digits) was extremely easy to follow. Also the two safe keys supplied worked fine. They are initially a little tight to push in but if you're gentle enough shouldn't have any problems gaining access to the safe if the batteries for the electronic side are exhausted. The only downside I found is that the electronics of the keypanel entry does protrude into the safe space which means you can't place items too far forward towards the safe door as the keypanel housing pushes on to your stored items. However I can live with that. For the price it is value for money and a wonderful entry level safe. Of course burglars could steal it if not secured to wall or floor, they could carry it away, even though it is heavy. For me just nice to have that extra layer of security on items that need protecting.

Esta caja fuerte se ve robusta y muy fácil de utilizar. Se puede utilizar solo con llave o solo con combinación lo que sea más cómodo. Caben bastantes cosas y también documentación. Tiene dos bandejas divididas. Y se puede anclar a la pared o a un mueble.
