Incredibly effective but a bit gruesome.Noisy - like a loud whipcrack, makes you jump until you get used to it.Messy - some of the flies get blown to pieces, legs, heads, wings scattered all around it.The larger flies seem to get stunned but are unable to fly so they fall into the tray and stay there wriggling until they die.If you have a fly problem and are not particularly squeamish then this really works - just don’t put it anywhere near food or anything precious.

Great item worked really well. Few flies been annoying me for weeks within 10 minutes this fly killer sorted them out with a good bang. Great value for money looks nice easy to use does what it says fair price

Does the job - but is very loud when a fly gets zapped. It must have quite a kick, as the first fly to get zapped was just a body - both wings had been blown off and were separate in the collection tray!

Can really see a difference with the amount of flys in the house you can hear it zapping away from the living room and if you are in the same room makes you jump I have recommended this to family and if needed would buy another. One thing to consider it needs to be near electric supply.

We were going out of our minds with the amount of flys this year. Didnt really want to put a fly screen on the doors and windows and I was fed up of jumping round the living room , kitchen and my office like a Tim Henman with a fly zapper tenis racket , I decided to give this a try.Game changer! in one day we seem to have got it under control.It does make you jump now and again but its satisfying every time you hear a crack that that one less fly to land on my dinner or that I have to chase round the living room.On the same order I bought 6 cans of fly spray, one for each room as we have had such a local infestation this year. So far after about 3 day, I habe killed 2 flys with the fly spray and about 200 with the LiBa Electric bug zapper.2 additional bulbs included.Perfect product, does whzt it says on the box.Really Easy to clean. Has a plastic base so made it easy for me to screw to the top of my cupboard by the back door without fear of being knockex over.

Stopped working after 3 days. Lights still on but flies are actually walking along the rails that previously electrified them.

Having observed positive reviews I originally purchased a different favoured zapper which proved to be totally useless.I exchanged it for this model and couldn't be more satisfied. The house regularly echoes to the crackle of death and the bodies pile up. Do bare in mind where you put it and the level of daylight. It works best in dim light. The additional spare tubes makes the slightly dearer price competitive.Incidentally Amazon did not allow me to post a negative review about my first purchase so I suggest using reviews with caution.

This is a must buy fantastic Zapper pluggedcin and sat in my caravan awning and its frying every bug going. I wish id of purchased one a lond time ago.

J’avais hésité à renvoyer cette lampe car elle fait quand même un bruit assez sec lorsqu’un insecte est électrocuté. Quand on ne s’y attend pas, ça peut vraiment surprendre, surtout le soir quand tout est calme devant un film 😅Au début, je pensais donc la retourner, mais finalement je vais la garder et la déplacer dans un autre endroit de la maison, où le bruit sera moins gênant. Elle reste pratique et semble bien attirer les insectes.Donc plutôt satisfait dans l’ensemble, même si je trouve dommage qu’elle ne soit pas plus silencieuse. Il faut simplement le savoir avant l’achat.

Un expected quality

Works like a charm, but that sounds when flies are rostered sounds very loud. Small inconvenience.

Pro: works really really well. I have it in my kitchen next to the compost bowl and have a timer set to have this running during the night hours where A. It is more effective and B. I don't have to look at it. The appearance is nice, but the light hurts my eyes. Not an issue since I have it run while I am either asleep or at work. It also came with spare bulbs, which is always nice.Cons: I now have a loooooooooot of dead bugs on my counter, so I have to do extra cleaning every week. This is better than the bugs flying around the house, so beggers can't be choosers.PET OWNERS: This bug zapper TERRIFIES my dog. The zap noise is very loud and abrupt, and Broccoli will literally sprint behind my legs and shake uncontrollably when she hears it.I am otherwise extremely happy with this bug zapper, especially since I live in the woods with a pond on my property. Bugs in the house are now no longer an issue. Fruit flies, mosquitoes, black flies, gnats, moths, and other bugs will all get attracted to this thing, and I know because they all have to get vacuumed every week 🙃
