Boating belt and suspenders safety
I bought this EPIRB based upon a recommendation of a friend of mine for his 33' Chriscraft. My Son keeps his boat up the Sacramento Delta and with super dense fog, accidents do happen.Also, one my Son's future uses of his boat is to start ocean fishing for tuna. That means going for 'warm (65°F)' water past the Farallon Islands (26 nm) outside the Golden Gate and if his boat sinks 75 nm out, the Coast Gard can find him.This is a really good item to help satisfy the safety of yourself and friends and family.
