Good Rain Gear, Not for Rugged Conditions However
My husband is a conductor for the Rail Road and has to get off the train in wet conditions many times. He needed a rain suit that can be carried with him in his backpack and not take up much room. I found this one by Frogg Toggs and he loves it. The price was right so I purchased it. It is very light weight and takes up minimal room in his back pack. He loves the Khaki color instead of the normal banana yellow. We ordered it in XL and it fit him perfectly over his work clothes. The last suit he had we ordered a 2XL thinking he would need the extra room since he's a XL/2XL in clothes. He's 6'0 tall and weighs about 230 lbs. and the XL fit him nicely not too tight or too loose. The quality is a little better than expected for an inexpensive suit, and the Frogg Toggs is a reputable brand. It comes in a nice bag that you can fold the suit back into when not in use. Here are the pros and cons of this set as we found them even with several cons this set still gets a slid 5 stars from us.Pros:-Great Price-Many Sizes and Colors Available-Fit Wonderfully-Very Lightweight, Great when you have minimal storage-Material is breathable and moveableCons:-No access slits to pants underneath.-No pockets in Jacket or Pants. (Guess that's to help keep out the rain)-No zipper access for using the bathroom.-Might could use a drawstring on the pants.-The material tears easy if it gets caught but can be repaired with duct tape easily-No elastic bottoms on pants and this would be helpful.A few suggestions as this is our second rain suit purchase. Our first was Dri-Ducks by Frogg Toggs. BTW we like this set better but I digress. First suggestion. Order your size, don't order a size bigger thinking you'll need it bigger to go over your clothes. The product allows for clothing underneath in it's design. I would suggest this for yard work, dog walking, and working conditions where there’s not a lot of strenous movement. I would not suggest it for motorcycle gear.*I paid full price for this product and hope that you have found this review useful to you in some way.

as a former lot attendant i would 100% recommend these for ALL seasons.
i absolutely LOVE my Froggs. i went with one size larger than i thought i would need because i work outside in the weather ALL day. they fit awesome even over and under multiple layers of clothes. this is a perfect wind and moisture break layer to put on over your main insulating layer and under your outer shell garments in the cold winter snows. it works just like you would expect and keeps the moisture and wind from stealing what little warmth you can build up moving around without being overly bulky.

Very light weight, but surprisingly good as both windbreaker and rain suit. Got this for stocking stuffer for son-in-law. You can easily stuff the whole suit in one of the side pockets of a fishing tackle bag and still have room in same pocket for other necessities, or in any nook or cranny in your cycle saddle bags. I've had mine since 2002, and have ridden in quite a few driving rains and STAYED DRY. You don't sweat under these because they "breathe" so well, unlike standard rain gear. Price on Amazon was about 1/3 the price I paid at a cycle shop 10 years ago. Get a set for all your outdoor guys and gals at this price! They even come in their own storage bag. Mine didn't. You will think they are very flimsy by the way they look and feel, but if they are like mine, you wont leave home without 'em after you prove them for yourself. Didn't give 5 stars for one reason: "Made in China"

So, I was eagerly awaiting hitting up the woods with my newly purchased Frogg Toggs in my pack. Finally a lightweight, reasonably priced set of raingear I thought. And sure enough, first morning it starts raining. So I Frogg Togg up in my hammock. Standing up, I feel like a balloon in this thing (Im 6'2" and 230 lbs and got the XL), like it was sized to fit outside your standard spacesuit for walking on the moon. But whatever. So I get on my knees to get under my low-pitched tarp. And my Frogg Toggs make that drrrrreeewppp sound, you know that sound when fabric is tearing. I look down, and my new freaking rainpants crauch is completely ripped. The seam had come apart. The fabric was ripped and nothing was stopping it, so now I was in the middle of the woods in heavy rain without any raingear. Thanks Frogg Togg. Ps: You know that styrofoambox Mc Donalds put their Big Macs in? That is the fabric used in this raingear. Think; Only thinner. Really thin actually. Any abrasion will tear it, you can easily rip it with your hands, even with one finger, I know cause I have tried. This product is pretty much garbage, so please accompany me in my search for a more expensive, durable set of ultralight raingear. Any recommendations would be appreciated by the way...! Thanks.

I like them.
Thin.light. compacts. quick. Probly not for heavy use. I use for light mudding. And keep a set in work bag for them showers.

Not very durable.
Weak seams. The heat from a car vent is enough to melt the outer material.

Great rainsuit
If you need a lightweight easy stowable rain suit this is the ticket.
