Doesn't give good resistance... It's better to go for sledges
May be the design is faulty , just fancy. Used on my students seems not effective. The belt is foolishly given no buckles like shown in the description pictures.

Pathetic quality and incorrect product description
Worst quality product. Guys be careful full, product is not as per website description and images and in case you will replace product seller won’t entertain and make unnecessary delay.
