Not bad but not great either
Had to file a few spots and drill some holes bigger to fit the screws, seem to be ok after a little work

the pin holes to help in alignment of diff covers are to small making it extremely difficult to install. the screws provided do not thread correctly, some of the threaded holes are already stripped, and therefore no way to tighten the two halves together. so please consider these facts before making your purchase
