Q: Will this work on 14/2 romex

The opening is only big enough for 12-2 landscape. Not big enough for 14-2 Romex. A bigger question I have is are you using 14-2 romex outdoors? It is an indoor wire. The do make a splice kit for romex indoors. Special kit to be approved for concealment in wall.

Q: Can this be used for inground swimming pool lights that are submerged in water for years?

Yes this can be for pool lights that are low voltage with no issues. The idea is to prevent damage to the connection from water.

Q: Is this connector available to connect 6 wires on each end of the terminal block?
