Health issues
I purchased this to add to my diet to gain weight. I've MS and lost too much on keto/carnivore. And while my weight stabilized I found myself getting sicker, so I quit. I'd rather look anorexic than not be able to move at all. This will not affect your kid the way it affected me, but still consider that it's not the best of the best. If breastfeeding is an option, go for it!
