Does the job for me. Like another reviewer, I play the saxophone and wanted something to build up and maintain my lung capacity. For the price this is a grand bit of kit. Fairly sturdy and easy to use. Ticks all the boxes.

I used this for lung exercises after lung surgery and it did the job well.

I am on oxygen and cpap machine and wanted to try and improve my lungs, however at the moment I can only just about lift the first ball. When using it yesterday a knock at the door made me jump and It fell off my knee onto carpeted floor and came apart, the plastic balls rolled across the floor and my darling shitzhu had them before I got to them. She didn't swallow them but now chewed up. Money wasted.

I did clean it before using but the product still left a horrendous plastic taste in my mouth after using the inhalation tube . I have had to keep washing my mouth out after using and couldn't get rid of the taste. I have binned it as I feel it is unsafe . I dare not use it again.
