Way better than genuine Philips!
3 month update: Bought a second Phillips TV and the first thing I did was order another one of these remotes. First one still works perfectly! Original Review: I needed a replacement for my Philips Android model 65PFL5766/F7 TV because the original remote that came with it was awful (see pic). It doesn't have separate play/pause/FF/rewind or OK buttons. Problems with that end up being things like when you're watching the recap at the beginning of a show and want to pause. The only option is to hit the middle/OK button, but then the TV thinks you've chosen "skip recap". So I ended up trying THREE other original Philips remotes, including a Philips brand universal one, because I assumed an original Philips would be better than a knock off one. But every one of them had issues and things that didn't work right. So I finally went with this one. And it works perfect!! And it still has the Google assistant/voice control, which was something that most other compatible Philips remotes didn't even have. And the Google assistant does work great for me on this remote- I see that others have had issues with it not working, not sure why that is. It's a sad day when the manufacturers own stuff doesn't work and a knock off does, but I'm glad I finally went with this one!

Actually works!
Our original remote that came with our tv got dropped and thrown around so many times by our one yr old that one day it just wouldn’t work. I bought a cheapy universal remote to replace but let me tell you, it was the biggest pain in the you know what I’d ever dealt with lol any time my toddler got a hold of it and any button was pushed, it threw the codes all out of whack and re coding it was a nightmare! The codes that worked before wouldn’t work again and I dealt with that for well over a month before I broke down and bought this one. I will admit it does feel really lightweight and kind of cheap in your hands but it worked straight out of the package. It’s not Philips brand, (I thought it was) but it didn’t need any programming whatsoever. Just threw the batteries in and it’s worked fine ever since. Just like the original

Exactly what I needed!
Works like a charm! I was skeptical at first then after reading reviews I purchased one. I have a 75” Phillips Google tv. Put the batteries and it just worked even the voice assistant no pairing needed.

Saved the day!! My sister bought a smart TV for android and she has iphone..much nashingbof teeth until this baby showed up...all is well. New TV do not have remotes, you sync to your phone. Pain in the hind quarters for a 70 yr old!!

Original Remote
This was the original remote to our Phillips TV. we ordered other replacement remotes before we came across this one, the others limited controls to the TV and its apps. We found this one ,we didn't have to program anything and all our features work.
