I purchased the Orion Motor Tech 24pc Brake Caliper Compression Tool Set because I work on multiple vehicles and wanted a kit that could handle different brake jobs. This set has worked great for what I needed. The variety of adapters is a big plus because I can use it on more than one vehicle instead of needing different tools for each one. It makes replacing brake pads and compressing the caliper pistons much easier. The tools feel sturdy, everything fits nicely in the blue storage case, and it keeps all the pieces organized so I’m not searching for parts when I need them. I used this tool kit on a 2015 Dodge Journey. It made doing my rear brakes so much easier. It’s almost impossible to do them without this tool. There are multiple adapters for many makes and models. Some calipers turn clockwise and some counter clockwise, this kit can do both. I’m pleased with the versatility and quality. The price was very good too.

Contains everything you need to uncompress brake calipers. A much better option than trying various workarounds.

Worked great for my VW GTI. Needed a set that could rotate the piston as it was pushing it back for the rear calipers that double as the handbrake to work. This filled the bill just fine. Overnight shipping saved my bacon only set my schedull back for half a day or so. 1/3rd the price of the equivalent set of same quality in my local parts store. Note that the set comes with two presses, one for RH (right rotation) and one for LH. Depending on your car brand and model, you might need only one of the two. My VW only needed the RH for both driver's and passenger's sides.

Received the item in perfect condition and as described, attempted to push bach an old rusty caliper piston that broke my C clamp and pushed it back without much effort. Made of high quality steel, has the adapter for all car brands, the price is excellent, a simple brake caliper with one adapter ( a 4 pieces kit) would cost you over $40 in Canadian Tire, this kit has 24 pieces and is cheaper! I would say this kit is a must if you service your car or run a garage, I highly recommend it!
