Pretty good and decent priced- just not the most accurate
Comparing this to my OBD on board monitoring system, as well as my dash, the obd sys and the dash both stay the same always, this is usually off by about 5 degrees and it can go either direction.

Mine was hard to install, not accurate initially, but now seems reliable and consistent.
Sorting out performance issues with a modified car with overheating issues. This allows me to monitor temps more accurately. It was very hard to install and didn't seem to read accurately the during the first drive with it. Now it appears accurate and consistent. We have resolved most of the overheating issues with the car, but I like the extra info for reference.

Got this for my 1972 Corvette after the gauge went out. Fits perfectly and seems to read right (shows around what the real gauge showed prior to going out). Also, looks great under the hood, adds a pop of chrome to the old engine.

It works as it should.
This works as it should on a stock radiator. But does fit my Aftermarket Cold Case Radiator. The temperature Censor on the bottom of the cap sticks down too far

Easy way to measure water temp in your radiator
For years I thought my classic car was running hot as indicated on temp gauge. After replacing everything related to my engine overheating, this cap determined my temp gauge was giving a false reading.Could have saved time and money had I thought to purchase this product first!
