I really enjoyed using these! I had a very restful sleep. You hear everywhere how they are a hoax. That’s an unfair statement. Anyone who has studied Chinese medicine or Japanese reflexology knows the benefits of foot care. Can it pull toxins from your feet... it can definitely stimulate your detox system to get working! I back these up 100 percent! If your looking for a full body toxin removal then please do go head first into a full juice cleanse. You’ll detox alright lol! These are a helpful modelity to anyone interested in living a healthier cleaner lifestyle! I have first hand seen my feet in the shower after a charcoal scrub release long dark stringy like substances from the heels... I was horrified but I knew it was the best thing that it was exiting. It didn’t belong in my body. So why wouldn’t natural herbs oil and vinegars be helpful and less taxing to your body?? Of course there will be a color change when even water hits it! Things change when wet! I think they were fantastic. Something I’d like to do weekly why not! It won’t hurt! Take care of your feet and you will see countless benefits in your health!

These arrived promptly and had great descriptions on each pad as well as the box. I have used them nightly now and seem to have some sort of ahhh effect on me. I use them when I sleep since your supposed to wear them for 6 hrs. Also I would recommend gentle washing or a wet wipe after removal because it's a little sticky and the black stuff that's on your foot. I would recommend these!

***update***So I have found that these do not infact change color for me. But they do work. I have found that if I take ibuprofen and soak my feet it doesn't work after a long day on my feet and still wake up sore. But if I stick these on; I wake up to absolutely no pain in my feet! Wich is insane because my feet always hurt due to bone spurs! Just pull the trigger and buy them they are life changing!So first night using these. At first I thought maybe they just change to black no matter what. But after reading some reviews I saw that each night they get less black and eventually no color at all. Which to me means they are working!!! I can't believe what came out of my feet! I think I have a new addiction! I'm happy with these and may turn a few friend's on to them!

These are the ones where you have to stick the pad on the adhesive. They work fine but it is annoying to have to stick them onto the adhesive yourself and the adhesive is thin and feels cheap and it sticks to your foot even after washing off. You’re better off selecting the ones where the pad is already on the adhesive.

I've been using foot pads from other companies for over a decade and they seemed to work until last summer. I went dancing and threw my body out of whack. So, I got acupuncture and massages and stopped buying the patches since June. I felt the massages did not do enough for me because every night I felt tight and knotted. I decided to try this box and used all of the patches each night faithfully. Instead of placing the patch in the middle, I placed them across the bottom of my toes to target the neck and shoulder areas (from the reflexology map). I went to my masseuse yesterday, and I was in shock how I wasn't screaming through my deep tissue massage like I normally do! My Japanese masseuse was amazed and applauded me for taking steps to fix my issues in between massages. Not only that, I felt relief before the massage but not 90-100%, but better than not doing anything. I know that people say it turns black when you run water on them, but my feet hardly ever sweat. Try it anyway and you will not be disappointed!

I am big on reading reviews and seeing how others feel about the product and their experiences with it. I am very disappointed! I'm half way thru my box and I don't feel a bit different. The discolored black stuff you have on the bottom of your feet in the morning has stayed consistently the same. I almost feel like it's just a reaction from sweat or something. I would not recommend this product. I was so excited to give this a try. I'm trying to live a clean life style and to kick start my new journey I felt a detox was in order

I've used detox foot pads before with satisfactory results, but ordered these pads based on Amazon reviews. In the few nights I've used these, they work...okay, but my primary gripe with this product is that the pads DO NOT PEEL OFF CLEANLY! Every freakin' morning when I try to peel these things off, I end up with significant amounts of adhesive residue along with a thin layer of cotton. This happens only in certain areas, but it's a real nuisance that requires rubbing alcohol to clean up. The manufacturer really needs to rethink the construction of the pads so they will cleanly peel off.I won't be reordering this clearly inferior product and the poor quality of them makes me embarrassed that these are made in America.

I don't know if they actually take the toxins out of your body and maybe it's in my head, but I love the way these make me feel. I put them on at night before bed and when I take them off in the morning, the pads are completely black. I have tried other products and this by far is my favorite. I find myself sleeping better, especially with the lavender - it's very soothing to me. The box tells you which each fragrance is used for, which I really like. I've used all of them and I love every single one as they each have their own way of helping you depending on what you are looking for. When I take them off in the morning, I feel rejuvinated. I'm already on my 2nd box!
