Very comfortable yoga mat. Thick, soft, sturdy long enough for tall people and well made. Love the colour too.Very good product for your money.

Due to scoliosis and past back injuries I've always had issues with yoga pads being too thin. They'd hurt my back alot and made excerise painful. Since switching this 1 inch mat it's made stretching so much easier and less painful. Thw bad thickness is enough that for the first time I can't feel the floor pushing against my hips or lower back. I'd say the durability of this is pretty good, it's worked well with weights on it, basic exercise and stretching, along with a cat that thinks it's his now. One thing I live besides the comfort of the mat is it's stability and grip on the floor. I use it kn wooden flooring and it has yet to slide around. Its appearance is nice and matches the photo, so what you see is in fact what you'll get. It's also much longer than I expected, I'm 5'2 and there's still a good amount of space left I don't reach. I'd say it's pretty worth it for the price.

Il est doux et confortable, mais un peu glissant et l'épaisseur dérange pour les exercices d'équilibre sur un pied... pour la relaxation, par contre, il est top.

J’ai cherché un tapis avec épaisseur et voilà. Je n’ai pas aimé la couleur mais il a été avec la réduction de 10 euro par rapport à une autre couleur que j’ai aime bcp. Sinon satisfaite bien que chez mon kine le tapis était plus agréable, il y a mieux mais pour ça il faut vraiment faire des études pour trouver. 😁

I can’t use traditional thin yoga mats, my body needs more padding. So I ordered this thicker yoga mat and totally love it, it has just the right amount of cushion. Just what I need for my yoga practice! I ordered a second one for my family to use if they ever decide to yoga with me.
