Used this to replace 2 D-Cell batteries powering a gas on-demand hot water heater igniter. Purchased female receptacle to complete the connection, bypassing the batteries. I’d give it 5 stars of the cord was about a foot longer; it really needs more length for mounting/routing convenience. Good value for the product…will see how long it lasts in a shed in the Florida heat! ;)

Been looking for one of these things they are a great help on strings of battery operating LEDs I switched them over to this little transformer and now I don't have to buy battery'sWorks great just as advertised.I RECOMMEND this product

Works as expected
I got this to plug in power a battery operated sensor so I don’t have to worry about a battery dying and not knowing the sensor is no longer working.

Didn't work for my application but it might for yours.
I used this to power an audio device. It introduced a lot of static into the audio. For that purpose, it was not good. I am sure it would work well in situations where audio was not a factor. I did check the voltage and it seemed very stable.
