Excellent quality easy to cut easy to install.

Great product easy to cut and stick. Only issue is that the glossy finish layer is a bit too glossy for that concrete look but overall it looks great.

Just finished a bathroom remodel project with these. About 50 tiles worth. The adhesion is fine (for now) for the full 1x1 ft tiles but if you are cutting around floor registers they are bound to pop up. Although the abutment was tight, the tiles are starting to separate at the seam (where two tiles join). Most unfortunate. Also, tiles from different packs will be a slightly different color and must unfortunately a slightly different size (1/32-1/16 inch different on an edge). Might not seem like a lot but the more you lay, the more pronounced the differences get. Common practice is to mix all the packages together to get a more randomized color pattern but the small size difference makes application of this product a bit of a mess. I'll try to remember uploading some pictures when i get them off the phone.I could see this being used in a very small space like a closet but i highly recommend avoiding large projects (>6 square foot).PRO: very easy to cut with a razor blade and straight edge. Tiles are highly customizable to different shapes.Remember, site prep is everything to a successful project.Good luck.

Awful product and quality all my tiles are coming up already. They are not staying stuck down to floor. For the price of these they should be sticking really good.

Adhesion is not great for wall application. I have to use a spray glue to adhere to wall.

Used this in a small bathroom. Very easy to Install.
