Can this model works as a regular drill or driver in small jobs also?

You can use it in small jobs but impact drivers are for long bolts and most fasteners but not short ones

Will the 2.0ah batteries work fine on it?

it will power it well for about 2 hours before recharge.

Drill/driver battery is stuck and will not come off. i have not been able to contact anyone at dewalt. how do i get this drill fixed

Press down on the release button at the front of the battery with your thumb and hold the battery. While pressing down, pull the battery forward.

Is it suitable for a voltage of 220V?

This tool is not suitable for a voltage of 220v. It is also not recommended by the manufacturer DEWALT to use a transformer or adapter in order to attempt to force the charge to work at 220v or 230v.
