Fantastic toy for my 16 months old. It does make the sounds which he absolutely loves :-)

Fun bright toy
I bought this for my nephew he can walk yet so just plays with the turtle on its own at the moment and loves it. But as he gets older and starts walking his parents will put the handle on and it will be like a new toy completely. Well made fun toy.

My grand daughter lived this.
She was just lea Ning to walk and enjoyed the independence this helped to give her as well as pushing all the buttons.
