Good Sharp needle but the opening in the rear can get caught
Very sharp and great for stitching up bait, it will however get caught every once in a while. The eye opening in the back makes it so there is a snag point and it would be better as a closed eye needle.

Gram pa tips
My grandfather took me fishing all the time while he was alive. And it took me years to remember how he set up his bait on his line, I was young and couldn't remember the name of what he said he was doing. But when I seen this product it all came back to me and now I'm catching fish just like me and my grandfather did 30 years ago. And now I can teach my kids how to rig up their bait.
