I absolutely love this. It is by far the best back roller I have ever owned. After every gym session, I always feel like I need to pop my back, and this does the job almost instantly. The design is excellent because it allows your spine to sit comfortably in the center, making it easy to get a great stretch and release. It has genuinely made a difference for me. Highly recommended.

I saw this on shark tank and decided to try it out. Love it, have to use it everyday especially around my shoulder area I’m not sure if it’s intended for that area but really helps release tension. My husband loves it for his back which is the actual purpose of this tool.

Love it. Works great and could feel and hear my back cracking. This is my third one. Travel a lot and had to leave my last one.

Got this as a recommendation from my chiropractor. He said this would deal with my back pain and vertebrae misalignment. It works well for me for upper back and mid back pain.

THIS THINGY IS A SHOW ON ONE WHEEL!!!!!! OK, HUBBY HAS A COUPLE OF BLOWN OUT BACK DISCS AND THE FIRST TIME HE ROLLED ONTO THIS PUPPY, I HAD TO CHOKE BACK LAUGHING.... IT WAS LIKE HEARING FIREWORKS POPPING ALL ALONG HIS SPINE!!!! HE ROLLED OVER AND THE GRIN OF PAIN RELIEF WAS INCREDIBLE!!!!! GETTING THE ROLL IS IMPORTANT, SO IT'S GOOD TO HAVE A "ROLL BUDDY" UNTIL YOU GET THE HANG OF IT UNTIL YOU CAN DO IT ALL YOURSELF. YOU ARE GONNA LOVE THIS AND IT BEATS HANGING OFF THE CEILING.... I KID YOU NOT.

Only had them a few days and loving them. The thicker padding & contour and no spine pressure. I use all sizes on back. Small helps lower back & neck. Mid size is great for mid back to loosen tight muscles. Large is nice for gentle stretch. Own other brands including original set from Plexus they work well but these are a step above. Contour & padding make the difference. Only issue is padding separates from roller after time so you have to re glue it back on.

I actually love this thing. I’ve tried several different back stretching and foam rolling products over the years, and this has honestly been one of my favorites. The wheel itself is extremely sturdy and does not collapse or flex at all, even with my full body weight on it, which immediately made it feel much higher quality than I expected. The pressure and tension release it gives right around my upper back/bra line area is incredible. That spot tends to hold the most tension for me, and this provides a really deep stretch that’s hard to get with a standard foam roller. It’s one of those products that gives almost instant relief after a long day. It’s also very simple to use and feels durable enough to last a long time. Overall, this has probably become my favorite purchase for stretching and relieving back tension.
