The thickness is perfect for knees that need it and thin enough to hold a good balancing pose. The color is beautiful and bright (I got the teal…full of foot and hand stains from someone who obviously returned it) but the mat stains. There is no wiping off of anything.This mat is extremely slippery- no grip at all. It looks like the great mats that provide all of the necessities for a yogi but falls extremely short in the grip. Since the top is “water proof” as it mentioned in the description when I purchased it, it seems to mean “everything will bead up and make you slip up and stain into the surface so that you look like a nasty dirty hippie who doesn’t clean their body even when you thought you were doing a wonderful job your whole life.” LoLI’m all seriousness- a tip from a yoga instructor: don’t buy this thing even on a good sale. It’s an accident waiting to happen.

Te mat is thickness is closer to my old mat 1/8” thickness. Haven’t used it enough to test durability.

I got this for my sister in law and she absolutely loves it. It’s good material and it’s a great price.

This is the first yoga mat I've purchased as I am new to Yoga and Pilates. I don't do hot yoga and haven't sweat on it (yet), so I can't speak about that aspect of the mat. The purple color is pretty and the top of the mat has a nice texture on it. It didn't emit any smell when I first opened it. The mat is a nice size and is comfortable to use. The included shoulder strap is a nice feature for toting it around to classes. Can't think of anything I don't like about it, so I will highly recommend. :)

I’ve had this mat for almost two years now and it’s still in great condition. Very much durable. I love this thickness, don’t cause my knees or back to hurt. <3

I purchase this mat because it’s non toxic and including the strap which is not the best but it’s doing it’s job for now. I do Hot barre and the mat does not move so far so good no complaints. And I wipe it down with a washcloth only water and let it air dry no issues.

Great product for the price! Use it for at home work outs and to the yoga studio. Holds up well and packs up like a standard mat. Had it for some time now and it’s still looking new

Overall, especially for the price, I really like this yoga mat. There was no gross smell when I opened it. My hands slide less than on my last mat, and the grip to the floor seems to be good. My one big gripe about it is that it shows every single mark. For instance I'll rest my head down and there will be a big sweaty mark, which is kind of embarrassing. I did get the sort of sea green color, so perhaps this would be less of an issue with a darker color.
