But the rgb light is not working in the beast x

First of all product is not working and second of all product and packing are badly damaged.

Wire broken and ear cups quality
This was a really nice product but after 4 months when i took it the wire went off from the audio adjust area the connections too and the ear cups quality are not good it teared the outer cover too.
