Keyboard works fine but when it arrived it was a little dirty, assume it was either a return or had just been sitting a while, also edge was a little scuffed. I just cleaned it up myself and I wasn't too bothered but obviously for the price you want something new. Also cannot figure how to get the volume to work, also not a huge issue, but might bother other people. I haven't tried very hard to figure it out though just twiddled the knob a bit so that might be me. Its not wireless so not sure why it wants me to review battery. Its very clicky and I'm an aggressive typer so it's a loud office now.Other than that it's so pretty and there's a million colour light effects you can try and overall been pretty happy with it.

They responded almost straight away offered to return it or a partial refund my partner took the refund.Careful when looking at this one as one picture showed the keyboard we received while all the others show one with media controls.Keyboard is nice comes with 2 extra swites but not with the media keys I've contacted seller about this, waiting to hear back for if this is miss leading pictures or genuine mistake, will be going for refund if it is misleading.WILL UPDATE WHEN I HEAR BACK
