Just what is needed for my smart phone and tablet
It may seem amazing, but these little extension devices are very difficult to find - just about anywhere a person might look (I drove many miles, spent hours, wasted, driving to several local sellers and found nothing like these). So, as always, Amazon and sellers came to the rescue. I needed these extensions because my smartphone and tablet require heavy duty cases to protect them in a rough work environment; the thickness of the protective cases will not accommodate the typical jack length, so these are needed. They are not too long, nor too short, i.e. just the right length and found, sold only on Amazon - for an excellent price and with the usual high standards and quality of Amazon.

Solved my incompatible iPhone case/headset jack problem
I use Etymotic Research ER4 in-ear headphones to listen to music on my iPhone while on my walks. They worked fine with my iPhone 3GS and iFrogz case. I finally got a new iPhone (the 6S) with a Moshi case. However, that case doesn't accommodate the ER4's standard 90-degree angle headphone jack. Moshi claimed that it should work and offered to exchange for a case with features I don't want or need, plus I like the look of the case I have. Etymotic Research suggested several extenders and I chose this one, both to have a spare and because it was the least costly option. It works! If only all phone case manufacturers would make products that actually accommodate standard jacks, I wouldn't have to spend even more money on a workaround.

No more removing your phone case to access the headphone jack!
I bought this for my boyfriend who just bought the Samsung Galaxy S10. His car isn’t equipped with Bluetooth, so in order for him to listen to music from his phone he has to use an auxiliary cord. Unfortunately the standard auxiliary doesn’t fit into the Galaxy S10 with a phone case on. He was so upset until I did some research and found this little baby! It works perfect! For anyone out there with the same issue, don’t hesitate to buy these. Such a great price, fast shipping and you get 2!!

Works perfectly thus far
They work flawlessly with my iPhone 6s in the Apple battery case. No issues with audio quality or connectivity, and thus far (after only a month or so of use, granted) there's been no indications of undue wear or degradation. They are fairly thin and are of course inexpensive, so time will tell how they hold up to frequent, actual use.I can't give a five-star rating because at the end of the day I still have this extra dongle to worry about, and it juts out a little awkwardly from the battery case… though in fairness one could pin the blame for all of this squarely on Apple, as much as anyone else.

Can't express how useful these are
Can't express how useful these are. I bought a pair of these extenders because I noticed that the metal headphone connection on my favorite pair of earbuds was starting to bed a little. I kept my earbuds hooked into one of these for 2 months and I didn't see any more wear and tear on the headphones themselves. That being said, the extension did start to wear after a while, but luckily these come in a 2 pack! I just swapped to the one I hadn't been using, and look forward to using my favorite earbuds even longer.

Great Fix for Shoddy Equipment
Snagged these to fix a shoddy wire on my gaming headphones. You constantly had to twist the wire to get sound in both ears and it would crackle during gaming which annoyed the other players. Works as a great cheap fix rather than replacing my entire headset! Rotate once and you're set. It's been used so far on my XBox One controller, iPhone 6s, and Macbook Pro. I used them on a pair of Brookstone headphones and now they work great.

Works very well.
I bought these because a regular headphone cord doesn't fit in my Samsung Note with the case on. Theselittle extensions work perfectly. I like that they are pliable and seem less likely to damage the jack if bumped. They arrived very fast.

Works but worsened the sound quality of my headphones
Allows me to plug my headphones into my phone without taking it out of the case. Oddly enough my phone registers it as a headset? My only complaint is the volume and sound quality went down when my headphones were plugged into this instead of directly into the phone.EDIT JULY 2018: the first one is starting to go, thought it might be the headpones but when I plug them directly into the jack everything is fine. Kind of bummed since I'm not particularly rough with them, I consider what I put it through to be normal use and it's only been three months and already it's dying. Taking off a star.
