Well dearies, let me tell you, the last time I felt a breeze under my blouse like this, it was 1968 and I was dancing barefoot at Woodstock. Now here I am, a proud grandmother of six, sipping chamomile tea and rocking some shiny new barbell nipple piercings. Life really does come full circle! The barbells arrived promptly (thank you, Prime!) and were neatly packaged, no fuss. Titanium—no irritation, no tarnish, and certainly no nonsense. I may have wrinkles and a weekly bingo date, but my nipples have never looked more rebellious. They’re simple, sleek, and do the job without all that frilly business. Sometimes less is more. My bridge partner, Ethel, was scandalized when I showed her. But after a glass of merlot, she ordered a pair herself. We call them our “retirement rebellion.” Highly recommend for anyone, no matter your age, who still has a little mischief left in their soul. Age is just a number, darling. Let the girls breathe!

I was a little scared to order based on the mixed reviews, but I really like these. They are exactly as described. It does seem like only one ball unscrews, but that's fine with me. I had no trouble unscrewing them. I ordered the 5/8in, which the listing says is the length of the bar not including balls, and that's exactly what I got. I can't speak to the quality/purity of the titanium, but they do at least look like titanium. They're the darker shade than surgical steel that you'd expect of titanium. I've also had no irritation whatever with them. A word of note that has nothing to do with product quality... This was my first time experimenting with the reversed threading. I was hoping that the balls would be harder to lose if they dropped, just rolling in a circle instead of skittering off to places unknown. (Haven't tested this theory yet). I didn't realize how much more difficult they would be to insert without the narrow threads, though. I would highly suggest working petroleum or wound ointment through your piercing with the OLD jewelry before removing, so the hole is well lubed. The second barbell went in so much easier than the first, this way!

These bars are lovely. They are light, and the 1/2" fits my nipples perfectly. I like the 5mm balls, they are noticeable; which I was wanting. The internal threading is a godsend for changing out the bars, nothing jagged to chew up the inside of the piercings. I am kicking myself for not ordering these sooner. I have metal allergies, and the bars I was pierced with one year ago apparently contain some of one or more metals that I am allergic to. The irritation, and seeping were constant for me. I was very close to just removing them and letting the piercings heal. I read that titanium was the least likely metal alloy to contain metals that are common allergens. So I thought I would give these a chance as a last ditch effort to save the piercings (and I dearly love the way they look). In 72 hours, my irritation is gone, and the fluid seeping out of the piercings has nearly stopped. I am no longer having an allergic reaction to jewelry! They look and feel great. The price is very good for the quality of the product. I only wish that I had tried them months ago. I will be ordering at least one more pair for back up, in case of loss of bar or ball, as nipple piercings tend to close up in no time for me, and I have zero desire to have them pierced again, it was not a fun process. Overall, I can't recommend this product, or seller enough!

Aside from the shipping issue when I was worried it wouldn't get here in time bc i was currently using a retainer while waiting for this to come in (also made a seperate order with another third party shop that offered me 2 day and i got it within 2 days but then i got BOTH packages simultaneously!!! ) when all this time I should've just gone to see my piercer at his shop and just get a new jewelry piece with free installment (lol) but all the jewelry there was so high grade and too expensive–which if why i ordered from here. Anyway! Small shop small business I totally get it. Aside from that the jewelry is a perfect piece and replacement. Internal threading is the way to go with simple Titanium :) thanks! (for my bridge piercing btw) ty again!!!! 😭

These are great. I have one in a not fully healed hidden helix (was supposed to be the top part of an industrial but my piercer was trash so it never will be) and there is no irritation at all even though I have extremely sensitive skin.
