if the cup is too short, do these still fit? (i.e., bend and curve without breaking?) thanks!

They do bend, but they do not stay bent as they will flex back to its original shape. If the cup is too short, these will not fit properly.

Will the stopper portion work for Starbucks lid?

Have not tried in a Starbucks lid but have tried in several store bought lids. Have fit them all. If Starbucks lid does not have large hole, should work
